KARACHI: Advocate, media leader and social advocate Anum Shakeel has been honoured <a href="https://middleeastdaily.net/waldorf-astoria-kuwait-celebrates-kuwaits-creative-spirit-with-a-curated-three-month-art-exhibition/”>with the prestigious Shane Pakistan Award 4.0 in recognition of her outstanding contributions to women’s empowerment. Known for her advocacy campaigns promoting girls’ education and greater healthcare visibility, Shakeel received the award at a high-profile ceremony attended by prominent changemakers, civic leaders and youth representatives.
The ceremony featured Chief Guests Dr. Fahad Shafiq of the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme and renowned scholar Mufti Tauqeer, who highlighted the importance of youth-led development, discipline, passion and consistency. Mufti Tauqeer also stressed the importance of maintaining ethical values while pursuing professional success, emphasizing harmony between Deen and Duniya.
