The UAE’s largest property portal is now available in French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch, further strengthening its accessibility for international property seekers

DUBAI: Bayut, the UAE’s largest property portal, has announced the launch of five new language options on its platform: French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch. This latest expansion reflects Bayut’s continued focus on enhancing the customer experience and catering to the growing global interest in UAE real estate.

Bayut has long served property seekers in English and Arabic, ensuring a strong and intuitive experience for both local and regional audiences. With international interest in UAE real estate continuing to grow, the platform has steadily expanded its language capabilities to make property search more accessible, relevant and seamless for users from different markets.

The UAE property market continues to attract strong demand from international buyers, investors and residents, supported by the country’s long-term economic vision, world-class infrastructure, attractive lifestyle offering and reputation as a global hub for business and investment. As more users from around the world explore opportunities in the UAE, Bayut’s multilingual experience is designed to make property search simpler, more accessible and more intuitive for a wider international audience.

The launch follows the successful introduction of Chinese and Russian language experiences on Bayut, which helped make the platform more relevant and accessible to key international user groups. Building on this positive response, Bayut is now further expanding its language capabilities to support users across major European markets and provide a more comfortable search journey in the language they are most familiar with.

With the addition of French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch, property seekers can browse, search and explore listings on Bayut with greater ease, allowing them to better understand property details, locations, prices and market opportunities. The update is part of Bayut’s broader commitment to continuously improving the user journey through technology, personalisation and product innovation.

Commenting on the launch, Muneeb Farrukh, Vice President of Product at Bayut, said:
“Property search is highly personal, and language plays a critical role in how users understand, compare and make decisions. As international interest in UAE real estate continues to grow, our priority is to remove friction from the search journey and make the experience more intuitive for users from different markets. The success of our Chinese and Russian language experiences showed us that localisation can meaningfully improve engagement. Expanding into French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch is a natural next step in building a product experience that is more inclusive, scalable and aligned with the needs of a global audience.”

Bayut has consistently invested in product enhancements that make the UAE property journey more transparent, efficient and user-friendly. From advanced search features to data-driven tools and multilingual access, the platform continues to focus on helping users make more confident property decisions.

This announcement follows Dubizzle Group’s recent strategic partnership and investment in Tern, the UAE’s rental rewards platform, further reflecting the Group’s continued focus on enhancing the property journey beyond search and discovery. Together, these initiatives highlight Bayut’s commitment to delivering more accessible, intuitive and value-driven experiences for property seekers, tenants, investors and industry partners across the UAE.
