    Following the outstanding success of Qartuli, a vintage-inspired Georgian restaurant located in the heart of Dubai, the founders, Mariam and Nino, have now set their sights on a brand new travel series. Qartuli Travels, which invites guests to uncover the inspiration behind their beloved restaurant, will see the two passionate women take you on a thrilling culinary journey across the famed country of Georgia. From the winding cobblestoned roads of Tbilisi to the luscious greenery of Kakheti and mountainous Gudauri, Qartuli Travels promises to exhibit the vibrance of Georgian culture, one savory bite at a time. 

    Nestled in the lively streets of Downtown Dubai, Qartuli opened its doors in January 2024, bringing the rich flavours of Georgia to the UAE. The brainchild of Nino, a lawyer, and Mariam, a sculptor, Qartuli was born from a serendipitous meeting in Tbilisi where they discovered a shared passion for Georgian cuisine and a dream to open their own restaurant.  

    Qartuli is a dining destination like no other, offering diners an authentic experience reminiscent of a vintage Georgian home, featuring classic dishes such as Khinkali, Khachapuri, Chkmeruli, Kharcho, Chakapuli and many more. Guests are treated to a warm, 19th-century Georgian household and a vibrant atmosphere, making it a unique culinary destination in Dubai. 

    The dynamic founders behind the beloved restaurant, are now taking their passion for Georgian culture and cuisine to the next level with their travel series, Qartuli Travels. This exciting series take viewers on a thrilling journey through the diverse landscapes of Georgia, showcasing the deep connection the owners have to their roots. Throughout the YouTube series which will be screened during the whole summer (with each episode release on Fridays) you can expect to explore iconic destinations such as Tbilisi, Kvemo Kartli, Kakheti, Mtiuleti, Gudauri and so much more.  

    Along the way, Mariam and Nino will delve into the rich history and vibrant culture of each locale, uncovering hidden gems cherished by locals but often overlooked by tourists. From bustling markets and picturesque villages to adrenaline-fueled activities, Qartuli Travels provides an insider’s exclusive look at Georgian regions, featuring traditional supras hosted by local families and highlighting the diverse culinary experiences that Georgia has to offer. 

    Through their engaging storytelling and genuine passion, Mariam and Nino invite their followers to join them on a journey that bridges the gap between their homeland and Dubai. By showcasing the local treasures, traditional foods, and vibrant heritage of Georgia, they aim to deepen the appreciation for Georgia as a travel destination, Georgian culture and cuisine. Whether you’re a seasoned traveller, a food enthusiast, or a fan of Qartuli, this series will inspire and delight you, offering a window into the soul of Georgia and the heart of Qartuli.
