DUBAI: Huawei has announced the UAE availability of the new HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max, its ultra-slim 13-inch tablet designed to bring PC-level productivity, immersive viewing, and advanced creativity tools into a remarkably lightweight form. Featuring a 3K Flexible OLED PaperMatte Display, a powerful productivity suite, and support for seamless mobile work, the MatePad Pro Max will be available in the UAE starting 3 July 2026.

Priced from AED 4,699, the device will be sold through Huawei’s official channels and leading retailers, <a href="https://middleeastdaily.net/kazakhstan-president-awards-captain-mohamed-juma-al-shamisi-with-the-order-of-friendship/”>with launch gifts including a complimentary HUAWEI M-Pencil and mouse.

Massively lightweight: Huawei achieves a breakthrough in portability for this large-screen tablet by maximising every bit of internal space with the innovative component design and a minimalist stacking design. Thanks to the groundbreaking Huawei Cloud Falcon Architecture, the tablet only weighs 509g and measures a mere 4.7 mm thick, making it the thinnest and lightest tablet among the 13-inch+ tablets. Despite the extremely thin design, the HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max ensures uncompromised durability with an aluminium alloy case reinforcing the structural integrity, improving the bending resistance by 60% compared to the previous 13-inch tablets.

Premium display, immersive and notch-free: In terms of display, the tablet features a 3.55 mm ultra-narrow bezel and a 94% screen-to-body ratio, delivering a truly immersive screen experience. The 13.2″ 3K Flexible OLED PaperMatte Display offers anti-glare and eye comfort. The high-precision nano-level etching process significantly improves the PaperMatte Display clarity while also providing superior eye comfort, earning the tablet the TÜV Rheinland Full Care Display 5.0 Certification.

A definitive leap in productivity: Being a sleek and lightweight tablet, the MatePad Pro Max offers enhanced mobile productivity with PC-level WPS Office, providing an AI-powered office suite for added efficiency. This is complemented by its own online collaboration and PDF editing capabilities, enabling users to efficiently work both in and outside the office. Additionally, the GoPaint App and HUAWEI Notes offer a range of smart capabilities, which, when paired with the HUAWEI Glide Keyboard and M-Pencil Pro, allow professionals to be creative and productive.

Exceptional performance, long battery life: Compared to the previous generation 13-inch tablet, the MatePad Pro Max delivers 20% higher overall performance and 30% better heat dissipation, all within an ultra-thin body. Featuring a six-speaker crossover system with an innovative quad-driver bass unit, the tablet offers incredibly immersive audio. The 10,400 mAh high-silicon anode battery provides up to 14.5 hours of long-lasting battery life. The HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max combines its 50 MP ultra-HD rear camera with the True-to-Color Camera to improve colour reproduction accuracy.

Huawei has consistently led the tablet industry in display quality, aesthetic design, and intelligent experience, providing users with mobile computing that combines productivity and creativity. The new HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max marks Huawei’s efforts to set a new benchmark for tablets. The HUAWEI MatePad Pro Max helps users get more things done on a single device, offering a vast canvas for ideas but in a surprisingly manageable and lightweight package.
