    Strategic partnership that enables Ooredoo Business customers to leverage AI-powered conversational solutions

    Kuwait, 20 July, 2026: As part of its ongoing commitment to accelerating digital transformation and empowering businesses with advanced technologies, Ooredoo Kuwait, a leading provider of telecommunications and digital solutions, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AlooChat, a leading Kuwaiti-born AI communications company, specializing in conversational AI solutions that help businesses enhance customer engagement, automate interactions, and deliver seamless digital experiences.

    Under the partnership, Ooredoo Business customers will gain access to AlooChat’s AI conversational solutions, including intelligent virtual assistants and automation tools designed to strengthen digital customer engagement channels, streamline business operations, and enhance the overall customer experience.
