Located in The H Dubai and known for its chic and comfortable setting, Eat & Meat beckons you to indulge in its special Veganuary creations and discover a symphony of flavours while enjoying a range of healthier options in the process. 

    January is the perfect time to kick start that new diet and whether you want to embrace a healthier lifestyle or just love to explore when it comes to food, Eat & Meat’s menu caters to your every need. For starters, diners can opt for some tasty light bites such as Organic Quinoa and Avocado Salad, mixed with baby rocca, toasted walnut, dry cranberry, cherry tomatoes, and lemon dressing, the Kachumber Salad, blending cucumber, tomato, onion, fresh coriander, lemon, olive oil, and chat masala, or the Vegan Lentil Soup, a perfect amalgamation of red lentil, olive oil, croutons, and lemon. 

    The main courses are just as tempting, featuring Dal Tadka, comprising chana dal tempered with Indian spices and served with steamed basmati rice or plain paratha, The Vegan Burger, made from a grilled vegan patty, onions marmalade, sauteed mushrooms, avocado puree, potato bun, and served with French fries, and the Gluten-free Spaghetti, combining maize and rice spaghetti, with tomato sauce, fresh basil, and olive oil.     17 March 2026 (Geneva) — The International Air Transport Association (IATA) released its Long‑Term Demand Projections (LTDP) for air travel, showing that global air passenger demand is expected to more than double by 2050.
