RIYADH: Abhi Saudi, by Alraedah Digital Solutions, in collaboration <a href="https://middleeastdaily.net/burgan-bank-launches-its-cashback-summer-campaign-in-partnership-with-visa/”>with COLABS, hosted an exclusive networking workshop titled “Understanding Payroll Laws & Enhancing Employee Financial Well-Being” at COLABS Narjis in Riyadh. The interactive session brought together HR, payroll, and business leaders, reflecting the growing collaboration between the public and private sectors on the future of payroll practices and employee financial well-being in the Kingdom.

The workshop served as a platform for peer learning and knowledge exchange, featuring expert-led sessions by Mr. Khalid Al-Dosari, Legal Advisor and Human Resources Policy Expert; Eng. Nasser Aljuraid, Chairman of the National Committee for Labor Committees; and Nouf Al Sufiany, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Society for Human Resources Management (GSHCM). Attendees engaged directly with the speakers to explore how evolving payroll frameworks and workforce expectations are reshaping the employer-employee relationship in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Discussions centered on the current landscape governing wages and payroll in Saudi Arabia, covering key regulatory developments, labor policies, and employer responsibilities. Drawing on the expertise of the distinguished speakers, the sessions explored how flexible pay solutions, including Earned Wage Access (EWA), can operate within the Kingdom’s evolving regulatory framework to support improved employee engagement, retention, and productivity, while helping employers meet compliance obligations without adding operational complexity.

The session also examined the link between financial stress and workplace performance, and the role of leadership in building healthier, more sustainable work environments. Participants exchanged insights on how modern financial wellness models, when aligned with regulatory guidance, can strengthen workforce participation and contribute to long-term organizational performance in support of national development goals.

The workshop concluded with an interactive exchange of insights and a networking session, underscoring a shared commitment among attendees, including regulatory representatives, HR leaders, and business executives, to advance payroll practices and financial well-being initiatives that support both business competitiveness and the Kingdom’s broader labor market transformation.
