The Cullinan: Now Open at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab

FoodFund International proudly announces the official opening of The Cullinan, Dubai’s newest fine dining landmark, which welcomed guests on 18 March 2025. Nestled within the prestigious Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, The Cullinan brings together timeless craftsmanship, culinary excellence, and impeccable design, redefining the fine dining experience in the city.

Marking the latest addition to FoodFund International’s award-winning portfolio, The Cullinan is a refined steakhouse that pays homage to heritage and artistry. With sweeping views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Burj Al Arab, the venue sets a new benchmark for sophisticated dining in Dubai. At the heart of The Cullinan is a culinary journey built around the finest meats, seafood, and seasonal ingredients. Guests are guided by an in-house meat sommelier, curating premium cuts of the highest quality, paired expertly by the wine sommelier for a truly elevated experience.

“Beyond its striking aesthetic, the open kitchen provides our chefs with the space and freedom to craft everything in-house. Nothing is outsourced; every element is made from scratch, as true artisans would. Our in-house bakery produces freshly baked bread — a rarity in steakhouses — while our butchery, seafood station, and hot kitchen prepare every dish with meticulous care.”

Beyond the restaurant, The Cullinan’s bar and lounge offer an elegant escape, perfect for refined gatherings or quiet indulgence, where classic flavors meet contemporary creativity.

Creating the largest open-plan kitchen in a UAE restaurant, The Cullinan emphasises innovation and craftsmanship. “Creating the UAE’s largest open-plan kitchen was a bold endeavour — one that came with significant risk,” Tomazos explains. “However, we believe it has more than paid off. With the entire kitchen fully visible to our guests, every detail must be executed with precision, from the selection of the finest materials and state-of-the-art equipment to the seamless coordination of our culinary artisans.

“With The Cullinan, we are proud to open our doors and introduce a new era of luxury dining in Dubai,” shares Johnny Tomazos, CEO of FoodFund International. “Every aspect of this concept—from the design to the menu—has been thoughtfully crafted to create an unforgettable experience for our guests.”

The Cullinan is now open and welcoming guests daily at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

Supported by limited supply and sustained demand for prime locations Kuwait City maintains its investment appeal in the administrative and commercial real estate market

Kuwait, 28 July 2026: Kuwait International Bank (KIB) confirmed that the administrative and commercial real estate market in Kuwait City continues to maintain its strong investment appeal, supported by limited supply and sustained demand for prime locations with high economic activity, particularly along major streets. This has supported the stability of real estate asset values, reflecting the strength of the sector’s underlying market dynamics. In this context, Mishari Al-Boualayyan, Head of the Real Estate Appraisal Department at KIB, said that prices for 500-square-meter land plots designated for administrative and commercial use
