Durrani Estates Rolls Out Large-Scale Citywide Outdoor Campaign Across Dubai

Brokerage strengthens its “Dubai’s Trusted Real Estate Brokerage Firm” positioning through taxis, buses, Sheikh Zayed Road digital billboards, bus stations and onboard digital screens

DUBAI: Durrani Estates has launched a major citywide outdoor marketing campaign across Dubai as the real-estate brokerage strengthens its brand presence and prepares for further expansion across the GCC.

The campaign will place the Durrani Estates brand across Dubai taxis, buses, digital billboards on Sheikh Zayed Road, bus-station advertisements and digital screens inside buses, giving the company visibility across multiple transport and high-traffic outdoor touchpoints throughout the emirate.

Built around the company’s new tagline, “Dubai’s Trusted Real Estate Brokerage Firm,” the campaign aims to establish Durrani Estates as a recognised and trusted consumer-facing real-estate brand.

Durrani Estates describes the initiative as Dubai’s first large-scale brokerage-led citywide outdoor marketing campaign of its kind, reflecting the company’s strategy of building the brokerage itself as a recognised brand rather than restricting its marketing to individual property listings.

The approach brings a style of high-frequency, multi-format outdoor branding more commonly associated with major developers and established consumer brands into the real-estate brokerage segment.

Mohammad Aatif, CEO and Co-Founder of Durrani Estates, said, “We believe Durrani Estates is the first brokerage brand in Dubai to execute outdoor marketing at this scale. Real estate brokerage should not be promoted only through individual property listings. It should be built as a trusted, visible and professionally recognised brand.”

The campaign forms part of Durrani Estates’ broader strategy to create a stronger corporate identity within Dubai’s increasingly competitive real-estate market.

Rather than focusing on a specific developer or individual property project, the campaign places the Durrani Estates brand at the forefront, seeking to create familiarity and long-term recall among property buyers, investors and residents.

Aatif added, “Our campaign is not only about advertising properties. It is about building long-term brand recall and showing customers that Durrani Estates is present wherever Dubai is moving.”

From India to the GCC: The company’s growth is closely linked to Aatif’s own entrepreneurial journey.

Originally from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, he moved to Riyadh in 2020, where he developed his understanding of the Gulf market, before relocating to Dubai in 2022.

According to the company, Durrani Estates began its journey in India in December 2022, followed by the establishment of its Dubai operation in 2023.

The business has since expanded its real-estate advisory and brokerage activities, serving customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, <a href="https://middleeastdaily.net/waldorf-astoria-kuwait-celebrates-kuwaits-creative-spirit-with-a-curated-three-month-art-exhibition/”>Kuwait and India.

Durrani Estates focuses particularly on buyers navigating property markets outside their country of residence, including GCC-based professionals and Indian investors considering opportunities in Dubai.

The company provides real-estate advisory, brokerage and end-to-end property support, with an emphasis on transparency, accessibility and developing long-term relationships with clients.

Reflecting on his journey, Aatif said, “My story started in Meerut. Uttar Pradesh is my identity, Riyadh is where I learned, Dubai is where I built and Durrani Estates is only the beginning.”

Dubai at the centre of regional expansion

The outdoor campaign comes as Durrani Estates strengthens its GCC operations and positions Dubai as the primary platform for its next phase of growth.

With the emirate’s property sector attracting buyers from an increasingly diverse range of international markets, the company believes brokerages now compete not only on access to property inventory but also on credibility, advisory expertise, service standards and brand trust.

The tagline “Dubai’s Trusted Real Estate Brokerage Firm” reflects that strategy, as Durrani Estates seeks to develop recognition beyond project-specific advertising and individual transactions.

Through taxis, buses, roadside digital media and public-transport advertising, the company aims to create repeated interaction with audiences throughout Dubai.

For Durrani Estates, the campaign represents a shift from simply marketing individual properties towards building the brokerage itself as a recognisable regional real-estate brand.
