SAMANA Developers Marks Major Dubai Expansion with Three Project Launches in One Month

The launches expand SAMANA’s presence across three of Dubai’s emerging residential and investment corridors

    By Rafiq Vayani

DUBAI: SAMANA Developers has launched three residential projects in less than one month, adding 630 new apartments across key growth areas in Dubai.

SAMANA Portside, SAMANA Greenfield 2 and SAMANA South Haven mark the latest phase of the developer’s expansion across strategically connected locations. The launches come as Dubai continues to attract residents and international investors, supported by population growth, infrastructure development and confidence in the emirate as a global property market.

For Imran Farooq, CEO of SAMANA Developers, the milestone carries a responsibility that extends beyond the scale of the company’s growth:

“Launching three projects in less than one month is an important milestone for us, but growth has never been about numbers alone. Behind every apartment is a person or family placing their trust in us; whether it is the home they will live in or an investment they have worked hard to make. We carry a responsibility to ensure that trust is reflected in the quality of what we build, the lifestyle we create and the long-term value we deliver.”

The three launches reflect this focus on lifestyle, quality and long-term value. Across its portfolio, SAMANA combines contemporary design with resort-style amenities that enhance everyday living. Signature private pools within selected apartments have become a defining feature of the brand, alongside integrated wellness, leisure and community spaces.

SAMANA Developers has committed to launching and delivering 20 projects over the next 18 months, supported by direct oversight of construction, procurement and the supply chain. This approach is intended to maintain accountability and delivery confidence as the company expands.

    SAMANA Greenfield 2

Located in Warsan Fourth, SAMANA Greenfield 2 will introduce 304 apartments across an 18-storey mixed-use tower, comprising 234 one-bedroom and 70 two-bedroom homes, alongside three retail spaces. Near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the development will feature panoramic views, technology-enabled conference rooms and a sunken seating area.

SAMANA Portside: Located in Jebel Ali Industrial Area 2, SAMANA Portside is an eight-storey development comprising 126 apartments; 110 one-bedroom and 16 two-bedroom homes; alongside six retail spaces. With access to the Dubai Metro Red Line and Sheikh Zayed Road, it will offer signature private pools within selected apartments, an open-air cinema and large energy-efficient windows.

SAMANA South Haven: Situated within the expanding Dubai Industrial City and Dubai South corridor, SAMANA South Haven will feature 200 apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom homes. The six-storey development connects residents to the wider Dubai South district and will include an adult infinity pool, a rooftop indoor gym and an outdoor gaming arcade.

Together, the three projects demonstrate how SAMANA is extending its lifestyle-led proposition across different residential locations and buyer segments. Farooq added:

“This is the SAMANA Promise: to create distinctive lifestyle experiences, uphold the quality our buyers expect and deliver with care and accountability. By managing construction, procurement and the supply chain directly, we maintain close oversight at every stage and protect that promise as we grow. Ultimately, our success should create value for everyone; our residents, our investors, our partners and the Dubai market that has enabled us to grow.”

The three projects serve different residential and investor segments while maintaining a consistent focus on location, lifestyle and value. Flexible payment structures complement the design and amenity offering, while the developments’ growth-corridor locations support their potential for long-term returns.

By aligning its expansion with Dubai’s growth fundamentals, SAMANA Developers aims to contribute to a property market built not only on transaction volumes, but on delivery, confidence and sustainable value for residents, investors and the city.
