During the ceremony, Al-Bassam delivered remarks on behalf of Ooredoo Kuwait, thanking the Stevie Awards organisers for the recognition and highlighting the passion, creativity and dedication of the company’s teams across its various functions.

    Al-Bassam said:

“On behalf of Ooredoo Kuwait, I would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Stevie Awards team for this distinguished recognition. We are proud of these awards as they recognise the efforts of our teams and their continued commitment to innovation and excellence.

“Being recognised across technology, innovation, artificial intelligence and brand development reflects Ooredoo Kuwait’s approach to continuous improvement and our commitment to using technology and innovation to create meaningful and sustainable value for our customers and employees.

“Behind this achievement is a team driven by passion, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit. Every day, our people challenge the conventional, raise the bar and turn ideas into smarter, more impactful solutions and experiences.

“We believe innovation is not simply about technology itself; it is about how we use technology to make a tangible difference in our customers’ lives, empower our employees and support the growth of our business.

“We are proud of this achievement, but we also see it as a responsibility and a motivation to keep moving forward, investing in our people and technology, and exploring new opportunities to innovate and create an even greater impact in the future.

“Thank you to the Stevie Awards team for this recognition, and congratulations to all the winners and participants who continue to advance innovation and excellence across the region.”

The awards underscore Ooredoo Kuwait’s focus on exceeding expectations and continuously improving the experiences of its customers and employees through investment in technology and innovation, the development of new solutions and services, and the promotion of an innovation-driven workplace culture.

The recognition also reflects the company’s view that digital transformation extends beyond technology development alone. It encompasses how Ooredoo engages with customers, designs their experiences, empowers its employees, develops their capabilities and creates a more innovative and inclusive workplace.

Spanning technology, artificial intelligence, marketing and brand development, the awards also highlight the ability of Ooredoo Kuwait’s teams to collaborate across disciplines and turn innovative ideas into tangible initiatives that make a meaningful difference to customers and employees.

As part of this approach, Ooredoo continues to invest in its people, recognising its employees as a fundamental driver of the company’s success. Its focus includes talent development, continuous learning, women’s empowerment and fostering an inclusive workplace that encourages innovation.

The recognition further strengthens Ooredoo Kuwait’s position as a leading telecommunications company in Kuwait in the fields of innovation and digital transformation, while providing its teams with additional motivation to continue developing smarter, more innovative and more impactful experiences for customers and employees.
